Terms & Conditions

1. Business Ownership & Legal Compliance

  • The client must register their business and obtain a trade license as per the local regulations.
  • Complete Solution Hub is not responsible for any legal, tax, or compliance issues related to the client’s business operations.

2. Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment must be made in full via cash or bank transfer.
  • After payment, the client must send the receipt or screenshot to WhatsApp: 01953336134 for confirmation.
  • Our team will contact the client within 72 working hours after payment verification.
  • Once the package is ordered, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, but the package can be changed.

3. Business Package & Services

  • The client will receive a fully set up e-commerce business as per their selected package.
  • Services include product research, market research, website setup, order management, warehouse & delivery support, advertisement support, and professional video content.
  • Any additional services outside the agreed package will require an extra charge.

4. Money-Back Guarantee Policy

  • If the business is not profitable within 3 months, the client is eligible for a money-back guarantee as per the agreement.
  • The refund will be subject to proper evaluation, ensuring that the client has followed all required steps to run the business effectively.
  • Once the business is proven profitable, the client cannot claim the money-back guarantee again, even if they face losses later.

5. Client’s Responsibility

  • The client must actively engage in promoting and managing their business.
  • The client must allocate a monthly advertisement budget as per our recommendations.
  • The client must ensure product stock availability and financial readiness for stock management.
  • The client is responsible for making timely payments for warehouse services, call center support, and order management fees.
  • The client is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and maintaining good customer service.
  • Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or violation of legal policies will result in the termination of services without any refund.

6. Business Panel Transfer Policy

  • The client can request to transfer full ownership of their business panel at any time.
  • Upon transfer, the client will take full responsibility for their business operations and setup.
  • Once transferred, “Complete Solution Hub” will not be liable for any further claims or support.
  • The money-back guarantee will no longer be applicable after panel transfer.
  • Business panel transfer will only be processed if all due payments, including service fees, warehouse charges, call center fees, and other outstanding amounts, are fully cleared.

7. Annual Maintenance Fee

  • The client must pay a maintenance fee of ৳6,000 per year to keep their website and services active.
  • Failure to pay the maintenance fee will result in service suspension.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising will be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • In case of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be Dhaka, Bangladesh.
